Husharu movie review

Aadarsha has shown much improvement in his third movie Hushaar as a director-cum-hero after Dumbee and Nage Habba.
Still from Hushaar
Still from Hushaar

Film: Hushaar (Thriller)
Cast: Aadarsha, Mallika Kapoor, Anand
Direction: Aadarsha
Duration: 2 hours 16 minutes

With a good selection of artistes and a controlled script and narration, he could have done a much better job. But the director scores in excellently combining a murder mystery with romance in the second half. The camerawork brilliantly captures the sequences in the forest area.

The story revolves around a group of youngsters who are found dead under mysterious circumstances in a forest near a village. Vishwas (Aadarsha), a CoD officer, who comes to the village on the pretext of doing research on agriculture, solves the mystery. We also have Akshatha (Mallika Kapoor) who falls in love with Vishwas.

Aadarsha excels as hero and music director. Mallika Kapoor fails to impress. Master Anand's performance as the hero's friend is amateurish. Aadarsha's music is good.
